WWOOFers

Billen Cliffs Village is a registered WWOOF host (Willing Workers On Organic Farms). If you have work and accommodation available to host a WWOOFer, contact the Billen WWOOF co-ordinator and let them know that you would like to host a WWOOFer. Alternately, you may choose to host WWOOFers who do landcare and building work for the betterment of our community.
Let the WWOOF Co-ordinator know what you have to offer (rooms, gardening work, vego meals, place for a tent, kids to look after etc.)

Private accommodation

Accomodation may also be sought through private hosts at Billen Cliffs Village.

Sundara Retreat offers a range of accomodation options, host local tours and workshops.

Renting

Properties at Billen Cliffs sometimes become available for private rental.

Section 119 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 requires all owners who lease their units to give a written notice to the owners corporation stating;
- the name of the lessee;
- the date on which the lease commenced; and
- the name of any agent acting for the owner in respect of the lease.
The notice must be given within 14 days after the lease commences. In this section, lease includes any sublease. If you need a form to give notice under Section 119 please let us know and please note the Act provides a financial penalty for non-compliance.
Please give written notice of change of address for service of notices in accordance with Section 118 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 which also provides that an Australian address must be provided for service of notices.
Rental tenants, guests and WWOOFers must also comply with the by-laws currently in force.
